A little strawberry sake-tini break. What were we supposed to do? Naomi requested some cocktails, and we will go to any extreme to please our clients:)

After some sushi and sake, we head over to the Austin mural for a little night shooting.

The super-nice guy that owns this neon gallery came out to say hello and when CJ told him that he makes neon signs, he invited us in the back where he has this awesome AUSTIN neon sign and tons of vintage memorabilia. I was in heaven!!

I had a feeling that Naomi was going to be a fun bride and up for anything. And she definitely was!! We became instant friends and got some of my favorite bridal pics ever. Naomi wanted her bridal portraits to have a fun, Austin flavor….mission accomplished!! Thanks Naomi for being so much fun and open to all of our ideas! You rock!

Comment by J.Nichols Photography October 22, 2007 @ 5:18 amAmy-we were using a combo of a deer spotlight and a video light for the mural and then an off-camera flash with an umbrella for the others. It was kind of a “make do” situation:)
The first one is amazing!!! Love the angle. I am totally jealous that you got to shoot in front of those cool signs of Austin!
